garage/vehicle port

My house has a open high garage for a single car of almost any size. It is located conveniently on the driveway from the street and near the rear door of the house. The trailer and materials located in the garage will be removed for the tenant at the commencement of the lease.

back yard area

There is an ample back yard for recreation and a concrete patio area just off the back door of the house. The area is fenced on two sides.

Main Bedroom

Located at the rear of the house facing the back yard area, This bedroom measures about 11 feet by 12 feet. It has hardwood floors and area rugs, a circulating fan, one double window facing the side and and a single window facing the back yard lawn. It has a small closet area.

The bedroom is large enough to accomodate the queen sized bed, with pillow mattress, a large bedroom bureau, bedside table, table lights and another chest of drawers. The room, like all areas of the interior of the house, has been freshly painted and trimmed with plantation wooden blinds. All windows open and are fully operational.

2nd Bedroom

The alternate bedroom is presently used as an office, storage and exercise area. It is the actually the largest of the two bedrooms, measuring about 11 feet by 17 feet. It has two sets of double windows looking onto the street, hardwood flooring with area rug, walk in closet area and circulating fan.

Kitchen

The Kitchen, about 167 square feet, is a traditional model for this year of construction. It remains roughly the same in size but with added improvements.

The entire kitchen is re-painted with a new floor of stone tile and new lighting and plantation wooden blinds. It has new counter tops and stainless sink.

Appliances include dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven and counter elements, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and plenty of storage and work space. The hot water heater is housed in this area.

The other part of the kitchen area is a small seating area and the washer and dryer units.
